Financial Administrator 

We are an established machinery company seeking a talented individual who will provide timely and authoritative financial and planning advice to management. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will oversee all the financial operations of our organisation.

Based in Griffith NSW, this is an excellent opportunity for applicants with strong financial control experience suited to either a qualified Accountant or a Senior Accounts Manager.

Your Responsibilities Include:
• Financial/compliance reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Administrate in-house software programs and network servers
• HR Management
• Asset management including finance, floorplan, and portfolio maintenance
• Implementation of cost initiatives, manage budgets, assure profitability
• Develop and maintain effective reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with WHS and any other statutory workplace policies
• Work closely with and report to senior management. 
Demonstrated Experience & Qualifications
• Degree qualified
• CA or CPA qualified an advantage
• Demands extensive accounting skills gained over a minimum of 5 years financial management experience in a small-to-medium business environment.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to facilitate and nurture strong relationships with key members of our team.
