PinnacleHPC would like to share with you some of the precautions we as a Firm are putting in place on how we are adapting our operations to deal with and prepare for, the impact of COVID-19. PinnacleHPC will continue to adapt to and actively respond to these risks so that we can both protect and support our staff as well as continue business as usual for you.
The purpose of this correspondence is to reassure you that PinnacleHPC is confident we can cover key business activities and support our clients while at the same time protecting the health of our staff.
As a business that's already accustomed to having staff working remotely with us for sometime and our flexible work practices, we are well placed for our staff to work from home. All our systems and means of communication are accessible anywhere. PinnacleHPC is regularly testing and adapting our own response and contingency plans so that we are fully prepared for a range of possibilities.
Therefore PinnacleHPC would like to advise that we will be closing our offices as of this Thursday the 19th March 2020. It will remain business as usual for us and you can continue contacting our staff by using your preferred communication method such as via email or phone.
We will continue to assess how we can best manage the needs of our clients and staff as the situation develops and update you as appropriate. We have introduced and continue to monitor policies and guidelines around travel, health and hygiene and business continuity.
