Due to internal succession we are seeking a Business Services Manager to oversee a varied client base made up of large family groups and SME’s, primarily with an agribusiness focus.
Reporting to two technologically progressive and accessible partners, the Business Services Manager will be required to utlise technical knowledge, passion for coaching and know how with technology as a means of improving efficiency and growth within the team, and for our clients.
The successful applicant will have autonomy to shape and develop the team of six accountants and an executive assistant. Whilst also being an integral part of the senior leadership team, providing input into the operational and strategic direction of the firm.
To be considered for the role, the successful applicant will have a goal-focused attitude and possess relevant qualifications, with at least 5+ years’ experience in a public practice environment.
