Executive Assistant – Griffith NSW

PinnacleHPC’s vision is to be an exceptional professional services firm and we are looking for an Executive Assistant in our Griffith office who can help us in fulfilling our vision.

This is a permanent full time position and would suit a highly efficient and organised all-rounder who enjoys taking tasks through to completion. This busy and challenging role requires someone with excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of support to their Business Services team
  • Proactively managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, both emails and letters
  • Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other government bodies in relation to client matters
  • Liaising with clients including scheduling appointments and following up documentation
  • Scheduling team workflow and coordinating team meetings

The successful candidate will have the following skills and key competencies:

  • You will be an ambitious individual who is motivated to grow, learn and expand their skill set with a willingness to take advantage of regular training on offer
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and display a high level of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new and varied systems and programs
