Junior Administration Assistant

PinnacleHPC is currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Workplace Relations & Employment/Payroll team.

This entry level position offers the successful applicant a diverse range of opportunities for personal and professional growth all within a highly experienced, supportive and inclusive team.

This role will incorporate all general administrative tasks consistent with a professional services firm, including:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Scheduling of team workflow and coordination of monthly team meetings
  • Maintaining up to date personnel and client records
  • General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, billing and archiving
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Motivation to grow, learn and expand your skill set with a willingness to take advantage of regular training on offer
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new and varied computer systems
